Andrée S. Mastrosimone, President/Senior Strategist
Andrée has over fifteen years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, specifically in the areas of strategic planning & development, executive coaching, copywriting/speechwriting, and project/media production management.

Prior to owning her own business, Andrée worked for Eastman Kodak Company in various corporate communications positions. She was promoted annually and became one of the youngest managers in the Communications & Public Affairs division. She left Kodak in 1992 to start Calm & Sense Communications.

Andrée has played a key role in the successful (on-time, on-target, on-budget) launch and management of many award-winning corporate, marketing, and employee communications programs for clients such as Eastman Kodak Company, Sage Rutty & Company, Excellus Benefits Services, Inc., Rochester Institute of Technology, Xerox, United Technologies, and the Center for Culinary Development.

Pat Carlino, Production/Office Manager
Pat’s career in Publishing and Advertising began in New York City in 1987 with Reader’s Digest in Production Management. She supervised the pre-press production of Direct Mail marketing materials, then moved up to supervise the printing and fulfillment of millions of hard cover books such as Do-It-Yourself, nature, art and gardening books. In 1993 Pat moved back to her hometown of Rochester, NY to work for Saatchi & Saatchi/CMS, Roberts Communications and Xerox Corporation before joining the Calm & Sense team in 2001. Pat has worked on client projects for Kodak, DuPont, Excellus, Bank of Boston, Rochester Institute of Technology, Bausch & Lomb, Unity Health System, SageRutty, Mobil Chemical, and Xerox Corp.

Elizabeth Fedison, Sr. Graphic Designer
Liz has over 13 years of design experience in traditional and new media. In addition to her strong design capabilities, she also brings outstanding account management and organizational skills to our team, along with a high level of enthusiasm and interest in growing our internal design expertise, specifically with respect to electronic media. Over the past year, Liz has developed new program branding, annual reports and multi-media collateral campaigns for Bausch & Lomb, Constellation Brands, Eastman Kodak Company, EBS-RMSCO, Inc., Sage Rutty & Company and Unity Health System.
