ANDREE S. MASTROSIMONE
President/Executive Producer
Andrée has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, specifically in the areas of strategic planning & development, creative direction, executive coaching, copywriting/speechwriting, and project/media production management.
Prior to starting her own business, Andrée worked for Eastman Kodak Company in various corporate communications positions. She was promoted annually and became one of the youngest managers in the Communications & Public Affairs division. She left Kodak in 1992 to start Calm & Sense Communications.
Andrée has played a key role in the successful (on-time, on-target, on-budget) launch and management of many award-winning corporate, marketing, and employee communications programs for clients such as Bausch + Lomb, Constellation Brands Inc., Eastman Kodak Company, EBS-RMSCO, Inc., Gates Corporation, Rochester Genesee Regional Transit Authority, Rochester Regional Health, Rochester Institute of Technology, Sage Rutty & Company, TriHealth, Unity Health System, Wegmans, and Xerox. Vice President/Digital and Creative Services
Alex is our art director, with a passion for all things digital media. With experience in brand development, project management, print and web design/layout, social media, video development and PDF animation, she is our digital innovation expert.

Alex is also a skilled copywriter, with extensive experience in developing communication plans, newsletters, website content and more. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to fulfill many roles at Calm & Sense and loves having the ability to learn and develop in the continually changing world of digital media management.
